| The European Union Commissioner for Culture, Viviane Reding asked for an increased dialogue of cultures in between the members of the EU AND other continents, acknowledging that joint programs in culture and education became even more neccessary after September 11th. She confirms, what WebdaK states in its mission: the communication of cultures will help create deeper understanding and consequently assist in reducing animosities.
